Where We Work

Every county below is backed by closed transactions rather than a service-area map. These are career counts for the brokers on our roster, deals closed at their prior firms included, so they are counted on a different basis than the firm totals on the home page.

Source: the firm attribution record, pulled July 2026. This table counts every side in that record, including deals credited to brokers who have since left the firm. The totals on the home page count only what the current roster can claim, which is why the two are not the same number.

Reading the table

Most of our record is Salt Lake County

87.1% of our closed record sits in Salt Lake County, so that is what we lead with. The other four counties are real and smaller, and the table above says by how much.

Where the record is deep

Salt Lake, Davis, Utah, Weber, Tooele each carry enough closed volume to speak to specifically. Ask about any of them and you will get named deals rather than a brochure.

Where it is thin, and we say so

Tooele sits at 27 transactions. We work there and we will not pretend it is a core market.

Where we have not closed anything

Washington County has no recorded transactions, so there is no page here claiming it. Cache sits inside the combined row above, in a pool too small to split by county. If you own something in either, call and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right firm for it.

Industrial

Warehouse space runs through Salt Lake Warehouses

Our industrial division covers the Salt Lake Valley submarket by submarket, so start there for warehouse and flex. County coverage across every property type stays here.

Send the address and you get comps from the submarket it actually sits in, pulled from deals we worked.
