Alex Kresser
Alex Kresser is a passionate Utah-licensed Real Estate Agent, Entrepreneur, and Self-Starter, who has earned the reputation as an up-and-coming leader in the commercial realty space. Through the span of almost a decade, he has cultivated a vast skill set in both sales and customer service.
Alex's avid interest in the industry began early on in his life. His father and grandfather taught him the ins and out of the business, which further fueled his drive to turn his passion into a vocation.
Currently, Alex Kresser proudly serves clients across the Wasatch Front and surrounding areas as a Commercial Real Estate Agent and Owner at Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Specialists. Scot Boley

Scot Boley joins CRE Specialists with over 20 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has represented and worked with some of the largest and most recognizable retail businesses in the United States and has helped them to meet their company objectives as they have looked for growth and development opportunities throughout the Mountain West. Scot has extensive experience in the acquisition and disposition of retail properties, market and demographic analysis, analysis of market trends, retail business strategies, as well as finance and business analysis. Scot also has extensive experience in 1031 tax deferred exchanges helping a wide range of investors with their strategic property purchases. Scot has worked with pension funds, insurance companies, real estate investment trusts, (REIT’s) and private investors. His ability to forecast market trends and find value added investment opportunities have helped produce strong returns for clients and investors.
Scot graduated from the University of Utah with degrees in International Business and Political Science with a Minor in Japanese.

Kellen Koncar

Kellen began his career in 2012. Through hard work and dedication in growing his business and clientele, Kellen has amassed over 500 transactions. Working his way through hurdles, and ups and downs of the commercial real estate market, Kellen has now become the Associate Broker with CRE Specialists. Specializing in office and retail properties, Kellen has and continues to work on deals ranging from 100 Square Feet and a single person, upwards of 65,000 Square Feet and 200 employees. He has worked with companies such as Goodwill, Onos Malasadas, Alpha Coffee, LIV Salons, Zenith Partners, Colvin Engineering, PGAW Architects, Peterson Development, Urquidi Construction, Howland Partners and many more! Whether you’re a one person company or a Fortune 500 Company, Kellen will provide the attention and hard work his clients deserve. In his free time, Kellen enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, being outdoors, whether its on the mountain the golf course or in the water somewhere. Greg mcdonald

Greg Scott McDonald has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 25
years. He learned the business at an early age from his father and since the age
of 18, has been heavily involved in the commercial real estate landscape in Utah.
He has watched real estate trends closely, and his knowledge of the Utah market
is second to none. He specializes in the Office Sector (Office Leasing, Sales,
Investment, and Development), and in particular Medical Office. Greg has been
an integral part of over 700 real estate transactions, and brings an unmatched
level of real estate experience and knowledge to each transaction in order to
maximize this clients’ interests. In addition to his leasing and sales expertise, he brings a wealth of knowledge as
it pertains to development and investment properties. Greg has developed and
leased multiple multi-tenant medical office buildings along the Wasatch Front,
including the Vincent Surgical Arts Building in Cottonwood Heights, UT, and the
Magna Medical Office Building in Magna, UT. Some of Greg’s notable clients
include SDN Properties, Vincent Surgical Arts, MultiLing Inc., Creditera, and
Blackstone Properties. Greg graduated from Brigham Young University;s Marriott School of Business
with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance.
