Scot Boley joins CRE Specialists with over 20 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has represented and worked with some of the largest and most recognizable retail businesses in the United States and has helped them to meet their company objectives as they have looked for growth and development opportunities throughout the Mountain West. Scot has extensive experience in the acquisition and disposition of retail properties, market and demographic analysis, analysis of market trends, retail business strategies, as well as finance and business analysis. Scot also has extensive experience in 1031 tax deferred exchanges helping a wide range of investors with their strategic property purchases. Scot has worked with pension funds, insurance companies, real estate investment trusts, (REIT's) and private investors. His ability to forecast market trends and find value added investment opportunities have helped produce strong returns for clients and investors. Scot graduated from the University of Utah with degrees in International Business and Political Science with a Minor in Japanese. Over the years, Scot has had the opportunity to work with some of the most prominent retailers in the market.
